ORDERS IN PRODUCTION
We will strive to print & produce in the shortest time ASAP.
Typically, our supporters will start processing & push the order to the associated manufacturer in within 12-hour work-day from the day you make a purchase.
The 12-hour time is for you to have time to make changes for your order. Once the order has been received by our manufacturers, its’ details cannot be changed.
We would only process the orders based on the data that you provided and make no modification to these data. Therefore, you have the responsibility to validate and make sure these data are correct and take responsibility in the event of issues due to wrong data entry (wrong or lack of address, zipcode, wrong size, color, product type, etc.
NOTE: We send orders to ordering shipping address, not the person on it. Please make sure your shipping address is written correctly to avoid any inconvenience. We will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect shipping address.
Our production and shipping time for each product may varies depending on many factors.
On average, merchandise is produced within 3-4 business days after purchase. Standard shipping times apply 4-8 business days for domestic and 7-21 business days for international.
If you want to check the status of your orders, please check your order details for the tracking number.
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact our customer service.
1. The tracking system shows that the package was delivered to its destination, but the buyer claims they did not receive the package.
We do not offer refunds or reprints for orders marked as delivered. Customers can contact their carrier (i.e., USPS/ UPS, DHL, etc.) for exact details on the delivery, including GPS location.
2. The tracking system shows no updated progress for too long.
We will process a refund if the tracking has not been updated for more than 10 business days (for orders within the US) and more than 30 days (for international orders). Please contact our Support Team.
Please note that our refund policy will not apply in the case of any force majeure event. We will provide official notice in this event.
3. The package was delivered to the incorrect address.
If the package has arrived at a location different from the recipient address, we will replace the item. Please contact our Support Team.
4. The package was returned to the sender because an invalid address was provided.
We do not offer replacements, refunds, or credits for invalid address entry.
5. The package was returned to its sender but the address was valid and correct.
We will be happy to replace and reship the order that was returned to its sender. Please contact our Support Team.
6. The post office provided a notice that the package was lost in the mail.
We will be happy to replace and reship the order that was lost in the mail. Please contact our Support Team.
