Typically, our supporters will start processing and push the order to the associated manufacturer in within 12-hour work-day from the day you purchase. 

The 12-hour time is for you to have time to make changes for your order. Once the order has been received by our manufacturers, its' details cannot be changed. 

Our production and shipping time for each product may vary depending on many factors. 

On average, merchandise is produced within 3-4 business days after purchase. Standard shipping time apply 4-8 business days for domestic and 7-21 business days for international. 

Please make sure your shipping address is written correctly to avoid any inconvenience. We will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect shipping address.

If your tracking number doesn't work or has errors, it could be that your shipping hasn't been picked up yet by the courier or the courier has not scanned it as received. It may take 1-2 days to appear in the carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact our customer service.
